To cover the wide range of Client Computing and needs, Myra Computers offers the following Contract Service Options.

 

Annual or Monthly Fee to cover all IT Labour Expenses

Reduce and Control your costs and leave us with the risk.

Improve staff productivity by not having to worry and waste time on IT problems.

Ensures your system is optimised for performance and reliability. It is better for both of us if you don’t have to call us.

We don’t want you to have to call us, so it is our aim to have your system performing at its optimum with regard to reliability and user satisfaction.

On those occasions when a problem is hard to find or fix, you are not left with a hefty bill.

It is in our best interest to have all matters resolved as quickly as possible. If we are having to continually attend a site, it will be costing us money not you. We are backing our own expertise to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

You must have a remote dial-in/internet facility for offsite maintenance of your system.

Telephone Support is included.

Software and hardware upgrades are quoted at reduced rates.

Rates determined by size of network, specialised software, age of hardware, Inhouse Technicians and required response times.

 

 

Pre-arranged Monthly, Fortnightly or Weekly Service Calls

Network Design, Upgrade and Performance Tuning.

When it is time to upgrade, Myra offers personalised and solution based consultation and recommendations regarding Network Infrastructure, design and upgrades. When Investing in Technology, it is of utmost importance that this infrastructure is utilised to advance your Business through the use of this Technology. We help to identify those key areas identified for improvement gains and these perceived gains can be wayed against the Investment. We do not recommend Technology for Technology sake.
