Our Aims |
|
|
|
|
|
- |
We seek partnerships
with our clients that nurture close working relationships, in an effort to
obtain a clear understanding of their needs. |
|
- |
Reporting to our clients on matters that relate
to their technology, in a manner that provides meaningful information without
the complexity of the industry in which we work. |
|
- |
To automate and
or simplify client tasks related to their technology. These functions provide
greater client productivity and a comfortable working environment. These
processes also instill client confidence in their
dealings with the technology and reduce their dependence on highly trained
staff to perform their day-to-day functions. |
|
- |
Implement
preventative maintenance programs where possible to ensure reliable
performance on all equipment possessed by our clients. Again this minimises
client frustrations and maximises client productivity. |
|
- |
Where possible employ
remote management facilities to provide a more cost effective and timely
response to client needs and support. |
|
- |
Backup-Backup-Backup: Implement satisfactory backup and redundancy systems to
minimise the loss of data and downtime. These facilities are often cost
dependent and need to be addressed with all clients based on the cost of
recovery against the cost of downtime and lost data. |
|
- |
Seek clients requiring long term
sustainable technology requirements. |

and we are implementing new technology ourselves to accommodate this. We will continue to grow and embrace New technologies as they
become available and assist our clients to integrate them into their
